Discount Voucher Terms and Conditions
1. General provisions
1.1. The Voucher (“Voucher”) was issued by IMPORT USA - AUTO HANDEL KAROL PASZKIEWICZ, with its registered office at ul. Górczewska 30, 01-147 Warsaw, NIP: 1251534107 (the “Company”), and entitles its holder to a one-time discount of PLN 500 on the Company's commission related to the purchase of a vehicle through it.
1.2. The Voucher is issued in accordance with the conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions.
1.3. The voucher can be redeemed only as part of the services provided by the Company.
2. Terms and conditions of Voucher redeeming
2.1. The voucher can be used by any holder who declares its possession at the time of the conclusion of the contract for the intermediation of the purchase of the vehicle.
2.2. A discount of PLN 500 will be included in the settlement of commission for mediation when purchasing a vehicle, provided that the conditions specified in these Regulations are met.
2.3. The voucher is valid until December 31, 2025 and expires after that date.
2.4. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of benefit.
2.5. A maximum of one Voucher can be used within the framework of a single brokerage contract.
3. Scope of the Voucher
3.1. The voucher applies only to intermediary services in the purchase of vehicles carried out by the Company.
3.2. The Voucher does not include any other costs, fees or services provided by the Company, such as transportation, additional administrative fees or other services not directly related to the commission.
3.3. The voucher cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts or special offers, unless the Company agrees to such combination.
4. Voucher Terms and Conditions
4.1. In order to redeem the Voucher, it is necessary to present it in paper or electronic form before concluding a contract with the Company.
4.2. The Company reserves the right to verify the validity of the Voucher before its realisation.
4.3. The voucher is not personal, which means that it can be given to another person and used by its holder.
5. Final provisions
5.1. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions in the event of justified reasons, such as changes in legal regulations, changes in the scope of the Company's activities or the need to clarify the provisions.
5.2. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions will be published on the Company's website and at its headquarters.
5.3. In matters not regulated in these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
