Chevrolet Camaro - VI gen. (2016-2024)
The sixth generation appeared on the market in 2016 and was completely redesigned. It was built on the basis of the GM Alpha platform. The car is smaller, lighter and better to drive. Production was completed in December 2023, the manufacturer expanded the range of engines with a four-cylinder 2.0 turbo unit. In 2019, the car underwent the first facelift - the front was redesigned, the grill and LED lamps were changed. In 2020, the LT1 version with a V8 engine was introduced. In 2021, the multimedia system and minor details were improved. Despite the design changes, the appearance of the car was a continuation of what was started in 2009. The car was offered in Europe until 2019 and was withdrawn from sale because it did not meet the requirements of the new emission standard. At the moment, it is not known whether the 7th generation Chevrolet Camaro will be created.
